Very good services overall. The room is quiet and the check-in process was easy. I recommend it for families. Maybe a bit pricey for other options in the area.

It's a nice basic hotel with an upscale vibe. The staff were great, and most spoke at least some English. The hotel is across the street from a big art museum and a row of charming semi-outdoor cafes, with other shops and amenities nearby, including a 24-hour grocery a short walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel, with very good rooms and a very good breakfast buffet every morning. In a southern area of Medellin. It takes a 5-10-min taxi to get to the area of El Poblado for evening dinners. It's also good value overall, given the price of hotels in Medellin felt more expensive than the rest of the country.

The breakfast is expensive but really good. Bed is comfortable. It's quite during the night. It's very easy to take a taxi or metro.

Quiet and comfortable room on the 12th floor. Sufficient space and storage. Good breakfast with lot of variety (fruits, bakery, eggs, juices, etc.) Convenient location.

Modern design and very clean with friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet with a variety of fresh fruit and some local specialities.

Excellent hotel, great location very convenient for siteseeing. Very safe location. Spectacular staff, super attentive. Very clean and affordable. Met my expectations and plan to return!
